Fun Guide offers Secure mobile payments and Reliable Home delivery with 6 easy steps:

  1. Add products into your shopping cart, tap CART icon at the top right corner to review
  3. Type in your mobile phone, your name and password, tap REGISTER to proceed.
  4. Write down your delivery address IN CHINESE
  5. Review the order summary and PROCEED TO PAYMENT
  6. Select the payment method and pay

You have 3 different ways of paying: China Union Pay Card, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Apple Pay will be available with Fun Guide’s future update.

Shop vendors handle product delivery with their partner delivery company. Please check on shop main page to find out more about delivery information.

It depends on which delivery company vendors work with, the time when you make your order and your location in Beijing. Generally, the delivery time is between 12 and 48 hours.
When you order on weekends, your package will be delivered within next 2 working days.
No, the only way to pay is through the Fun Guide App.
All purchases will be stored in Shopping History which is located in “Me” section. Purchases done within past month will have their records kept.
